BAAA by David Macaulay is children’s book with a somewhat dark and mysterious theme….

The first detail that grabs you is the cover, there is an odd, sad looking sheep, in a dark grey colored cover. One wonders if it really is a children’s book. Then you open the book, and find a dark story. It traps you right away, it is well narrated, with black and white illustrations that create tension and mystery. The end keeps you wondering, and you read the story once, twice more, still guessing. It keeps you thinking about it for days. You never know what really happened.
