*Wednesday, April 15th at 4:00 PM- Origami for Teens:
Learn how to make different Origami figures!

*Thursday, April 16th at 4:00 PM- Poetry in Pajamas: Come in your comfiest pajamas and enjoy a cozy afternoon of poetry writing and snacks!

*Friday, April 17th at 3:00 PM- Teen Movie Series: Watch movies both classic and contemporary to unwind before the weekend!

 

*Monday, April 20th at 4:00 PM- Teen Boardgame Club: Come play boardgames, Magic the Gathering, party games and more in the Teen Room and meet new friends!

*Tuesday, April 21st at 4:00 PM- Spring Fling Karaoke:
Rock out to some karaoke tunes!

*Wednesday, April 22nd at 4:00 PM- Earth Day Crafts:
Learn how to recycle materials and make your own paper!

*Thursday, April 23rd at 4:00 PM- Language Exchange x Poetry Month: Join us in the teen room to celebrate the National Holiday for both English and Spanish Languages by playing language games and reading poetry translated in both languages!

*Friday, April 24th at 3:00 PM- Teen Movie Series: Watch movies both classic and contemporary to unwind before the weekend!

Test your library knowledge and aim for a BINGO to win a library-themed prize!

*Wednesday, April 29th at 4:00 PM- Teen Cooking Class with Food For Your Soul LLC
: Learn a new recipe for National Zucchini Bread Day!

*Thursday, April 30th at 4:00 PM- Teen Jazz Café x Poetry Open Mic: We’ll transform the Teen Room into a cozy café to enjoy drinks, recite poetry, and listen to smooth jazz selections for International Jazz Day and National Poetry Month!

Watch a movie to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month!

*Tuesday, May 5th at 4:00 PM- Teen Authentic Cuisines: Come join us to learn some Mexican Recipes for Cinco de Mayo!

*Wednesday, May 6th at 4:00 PM- Greeting Card-Making for Teens:
Create a card for Teacher Appreciation week, Mother’s Day, or any other special occasion you want to celebrate and show you care!

*Thursday, May 7th at 4:00 PM- Game on! Videogames and VR for Teens:
Get your game on in the Teen Room!

*Friday, May 8th at 3:00 PM- Teen Movie Series: Watch a movie to celebrate Mother’s Day and AAPI Heritage Month!


*Monday, May 11th at 4:00 PM- Teen Boardgame Club: Come play boardgames, Magic the Gathering, party games and more in the Teen Room!

*Tuesday, May 12th at 3:30 PM- Teen Film Club: Stop by the Teen Activity Room to view a film for Mental Health Awareness Month and discuss our thoughts over pizza!

*Wednesday, May 13th at 4:00 PM- Mothers of Innovation BINGO: Learn about female innovators across multiple industries for Mother’s Day! Score a BINGO and win great prizes 🙂

*Thursday, May 14th at 4:00 PM- Crochet Night: Learn the basics of crochet or bring your unfinished projects to work on together!

*Friday, May 15th at 3:00 PM- Teen Movie Series: Watch a movie to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month!

*Wednesday, May 20th at 3:00 PM- Aesthetic Illusions – Living an Artistic Life: A civic education program hosted by poet, musician, and professor, Randall Horton, an advocate for helping youth replace a life of crime with the arts!

*Thursday, May 21st at 4:00 PM- DIY Bag Charms: Create your own custom keychain to decorate your bags!

*Friday, May 22nd at 3:00 PM- Teen Movie Series: Watch a movie in honor of National Maritime Day!



*Monday, May 25th – CLOSED FOR MEMORIAL DAY

*Tuesday, May 26th at 4:00 PM- Teen Book Club: Join our book club to discuss each month’s book over tea! Copies of this month’s selection are available to checkout at the Circulation Desk.

*Wednesday, May 27th at 4:00 PM- Junk Journaling: Capture memories from your day to day with collage!

*Thursday, May 28th at 4:00 PM- Teen Slime Night: Make your own slime in the Teen Activity Room!

*Friday, May 29th at 3:00 PM- Teen Movie Series: Watch a movie in honor of Garden for Wildlife Month!
