- For your convenience, book drops are located at each entrance of the library and are available at all times.
- DVDs and Audiobooks must be dropped off inside the Circulation book drop.
- Hotspots must be brought to the library at least 1 hour before we close. Do NOT place in book drops.

- Materials borrowed from the Public Library of New London may be returned to other libraries, except for DVDs, Hotspots, and Museum Passes.
- Borrowed items may be renewed over the phone or online, or by using Shoutbomb, unless they’re reserved for another patron.
- Hotspots, Library of Things, and Museum Passes cannot be renewed.
